Il lievito è ottimo. Ne ho usato circa il 7/8% del totale di farina, per fare la pizza. La pasta ha lievitato in maniera perfetta, era soffice, fragrante e profumata. Tra l'altro leggerissima e molto digeribile. Insomma davvero una lieta scoperta!
