Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 business days from receipt of the package. To request return authorization, please send an email to info@chenabura.com, or alternatively via registered mail or certified email to millstore@legalmail.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date our customer service authorizes the return, including all invoices and receipts originally contained in the package. The product must be returned carefully packed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within the timeframes specified during purchase, as indicated in the product page, cart, and checkout phase.

When applicable, shipping costs are calculated on the partial order value and invoiced once only. Deliveries are made throughout Italy (including islands, Vatican City, and San Marino) via Bartolini courier.

Parcels are delivered by GLS or TNT to the address provided. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery on the following days (up to 3 attempts).

Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty as provided under Article 1519-quater of the Italian Civil Code, valid for two years from delivery. To make use of the warranty, contact us via email at info@chenabura.com specifying the defect found.
