Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 business days from delivery of the parcel.

To request return authorization, the customer must send a request to info@chenabura.com, or alternatively via registered mail or certified email to millstore@legalmail.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction (except for cash-on-delivery payments, in which case the refund will be made by bank transfer), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If any products arrive damaged, you can send an email to file a claim.

The email should include the following to speed up the refund and/or replacement process:

• A detailed description of the damaged parts and any tampering by the courier
• A set of photos clearly showing the issue (photos of the parcel with original packaging and the contents)
• Send everything to: info@chenabura.com (total size max 2 MB)

Once we receive all information, we will handle the issue as soon as possible.
