A delicious Olive Pizza made with Chenabura Sourdough. Crispy outside and soft inside!

Preparation time: 20 minutes | Rising time: 8 hours | Cooking: 20 minutes | Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 300g Type 0 flour
  • 100g Chenabura Sourdough
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 lt Water
  • 700ml Tomato sauce
  • 250g Mozzarella
  • 1 can Black olives

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and water for 30 minutes.
  2. Let it rest for 8 hours, covered.
  3. Knead again and roll out with a rolling pin.
  4. Top with tomato, mozzarella and olives.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 250°C without fan.
