Ingredients
- 500g Bread flour
- 100g Chenabura Sourdough
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 280ml Water
- 50ml Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a soft dough.
- Let rise for 3 hours.
- Shape into small buns.
- Let rise for 1 hour, brush with oil.
- Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
