Dried soft wheat flour, dried wheat germ sourdough 10%, vital wheat gluten, dry brewer's yeast 10%.

What is the dosage of Chenabura Sourdough?

Bread and Sweets : 100 g on 1 kg of flour.

Pizza : 10-30 g on 1 kg of flour according to the leavening times
